1. Service Description
HotelAI provides AI-powered hotel guest communication and operation management services via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Web Chat:
- 24/7 automated guest support and multi-channel messaging panel.
- Scheduled message sending (HSM automation).
- Work order tracking and inter-departmental coordination.
- Management dashboard and AI-powered analytics.
2. Usage License
This service is intended solely for authorized hotel staff and managers. Users are personally responsible for the security of their login information and all operations performed through the system.
3. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: HotelAI is an operational support tool.
- No absolute guarantee is given regarding the accuracy of AI responses; users retain the authority to oversea and correct.
- HotelAI cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by third parties (WhatsApp, Firebase, etc.).
4. Intellectual Property
The design, software, logos, and all content of the application belong to HotelAI; they may not be copied, used without permission, or subjected to reverse engineering.
5. Pricing and Cancellation
- Subscription: Package fees are collected monthly or annually.
- Message Costs: Message fees applied by Meta (WhatsApp) belong to the hotel unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation: You may terminate your membership at any time.
