How long does setup take?
Setup takes only 5 minutes. Connect your WhatsApp Business account, enter your hotel details,
and start using your Smart Hotel Assistant immediately.
What should I do if I don't have a WhatsApp Business account?
No problem! We guide you step-by-step through setting up a WhatsApp Business account. Our
support team is here to help throughout the process. Upon request, we can set up everything for
you completely free of charge.
Is this service completely free?
Yes! HotelAI is a completely free platform. There are no subscription fees, credit systems, or
hidden charges. All tools, including competitor price analysis, ranker, reputation management,
and assistant features, are 100% free for hotels.
Which languages does the AI assistant support?
Our AI assistant can respond automatically in Turkish, English, Arabic, German, and Russian. It
automatically detects the guest's language and replies in that language. In total, it can
instantly detect and process 132 different languages.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. We are fully compliant with GDPR and
Meta API requirements. Your data is used exclusively for your hotel business.
Do I need to enter payment details during registration?
No, absolutely not. You are not required to provide any credit card or billing details to use
HotelAI. Simply create an account with your email and password to gain instant, unlimited
access.
Does it integrate with my existing PMS?
Yes, we support PMS synchronization so you can import your guest lists directly and easily. This
ensures that your hotel assistant and management tools work in perfect harmony with your daily
reservations.
Do you offer support?
Of course! We offer free email and technical support to all hotels registered on our platform.
Our team will assist you completely free of charge during setup and assistant configuration.
What should I do if I want to cancel or delete my account?
You can freeze or completely delete your account from the app settings at any time. Upon your
request, all your hotel and user data will be permanently cleared from our systems.
How does the system work?
After registration, custom stickers designed for your hotel will be shipped to your address.
Place these QR-coded stickers in appropriate spots in your guest rooms (e.g., mirror, door,
minibar). To connect to the Wi-Fi, the guest scans the QR code, joins your Wi-Fi network, and
the Hotel AI Assistant introduces itself. From then on, the assistant manages the entire process
on your behalf, staying in touch with your guests 24/7.
